Our Process and Client Expectations

We will meet with you and discuss features and layouts you would like to see implemented into your website.

We will then work on a mock-up of what has been discussed, this will be shared with you before any work begins.

Once happy we will take a 50% deposit to begin the project and discuss a timeline of completion.

We begin to work on the website with a weekly check-in so that you can give input and make sure the project is moving in the direction you want.

Once complete we require the final 50% payment to finalise the project.

Once you are happy to go ahead with our service we begin by onboarding you to our system and make sure all of your social accounts are in order.

We then require the first months invoice to be paid to get started.

One of our designers will begin to work on your accounts content while a strategist works on your brands strategy.

This will then be shared with you to review before it is scheduled and put in place each month.

During the month your account will be paid close attention to so that we can make sure everything’s running smoothly.

The final week of each month we will email you a report of how the month has went and we will setup a call to discuss this and the plan for the following month if requested by the client.

Your monthly marketing report will contain information of how your posts have performed and your advertising stats.

This is always reviewed by your strategist to make sure tweaks are being made to improve each month.

Yes, we are usually investigating the market to make sure we are improving and would be happy to do the same for you.

Contact us and we can perform a website audit, marketing audit or even see how a competitor is performing against you.

Of course!

If we cannot help you with your marketing needs we will put you in touch with someone who can.

We have a large network of agency partners who we can send you on to.

We are certified Shopify Partners and Facebook Certificate and Badge Holders.

You will be invoiced monthly in advance for services as they are agreed to by you beforehand.

Your invoice will be autogenerated and delivered to your email each month.

Credit Card (Invoices under €1,000 only)

PayPal – (Invoices under €1,000 only)

Cryptocurrency – Please contact us to make payment in your preferred cryptocurrency.

We use ZohoBooks for invoicing allowing us to set you up with a customer portal to keep track of your payments and see reccuring invoices as they arrive.

There are multiple types of payments depending on the task at hand which will be established by ourselves and the client.

On Demand: Services that we supply on demand are completed in less than 2 weeks. Payment is due on completion of a on demand service and are priced hourly. Our rates hourly range from €50-€150 per hour, depending on the service requested.

Project SOWs: Services or projects that are completed over a 4 week or longer period fall into this category. We require a 50% deposit to begin work on these projects. The Second and final invoice will be on completion of the project.

Recurring Service SOWs: Services that repeat monthly such as social media marketing. Payments are due on or before the 1st of each month and must be paid before any content is created for the account.

Our pricing does not include advertising spend as these fees are paid to the platform directly.

We would be sad to see you go, but if you would like to leave we just require a 30 day notice period to remove you from our system and make sure we offboard you correctly.

Since our service is ongoing and monthly we do not offer a refund on paid invoices. We recommend letting us know in advance you wish to cancel and we will never charge you after notice that you wish to cancel.

Social Media Marketing

Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, Linkedin and Twitter.

The primary benefit to having an agency manage your social media campaign is experience.

By focusing specifically on social media, agencies have the ability to stay up-to-date on current trends, tools, advertising strategy, platform changes, and know all of the ins and outs of the various intricacies of social media.

Usually our fees will be much cheaper monthly than a in house employee.

Yes. Social media works for all companies.

You can identify your target audience on a hyper-granular level to provide timely, personalized, custom experiences with your brand that will drive long-term brand awareness and engagement.

Website Development

We are experts in Shopify but we can work on WordPress and custom website builds too.

Our website builds range from 2 weeks for a brouchure website to 3 months for a fully custom website.

If you own a eCommerce business that sells products online we always recommend Shopify to our clients.

If your website is service based or information focused we will always work with WordPress instead as it allows much more information to be shown to your clients.

We will help you discuss this on your first call.

Paid (Advertising & Retargeting)

We offer paid advertising campaign management across a variety of social media and search engine platforms including:

 • Facebook
 • Instagram
 • Pinterest
 • LinkedIn
 • Google

First, we select a list of research-backed, optimized keywords that will be triggered by users searching in search engines like Google.

For those keywords, we develop and write advertising creative to market your products or services so that users will your advertisement when they search for relevant terms.

You will pay each time a user clicks on the advertisement and traffic is delivered to your website. This payment model is referred to as Cost per Click (CPC).

The CPC amount you will pay is dependent upon a preset “maximum bid” determined by what you’re willing to spend. Additionally, there are other factors that influence the CPC such as the quality of your advertising account structure, advertising creative, and advertising relevance.

Upon returning your SOW, your strategist will schedule a kick-off phone call or in-person meeting with your team.

We will take over management of your campaigns at this time and follow up on the action items we outlined in our initial audit of your account and your SOW.

Generally, within 1-3 weeks of our initial kick-off call, you will have a newly-revised series of campaigns ready to launch!

Paid social media advertising works similarly to paid search advertising in the fact that cost is often accrued on a pay-per-click (PPC) basis — that is, you pay only for the traffic that is delivered to your website from the advertisement. That said, there are two noteworthy differences between paid social media advertising and paid search advertising:

 1. Paid social media advertising targets buyers during different stages of their buyer’s journey (awareness, consideration, decision), where paid search advertising mostly targets people in the consideration and decision stages.
 2. Paid social media advertising is “passive” in that the advertisement is delivered to people that match certain audience criteria as opposed to paid search advertising where the advertisement is delivered to people based on their “active” keyword search on websites like Google, YouTube, etc.

Our approach to developing paid campaigns depends on variables like campaign goals, buyer personas, our clients’ sales cycles, and commercial transaction type (B2B or B2C).

EX) Optimizing lead-gen campaigns with Google Ads for B2C companies with considered sales cycles, requires razor sharp buyer personas and demographic targeting, tightly themed ad groups, testing ad copy and enticing offers, focused landing pages and a variety of keywords.

Yes. We have experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, MailChimp, and Constant Contact.

We can work with any list size.

We’ve worked with startups whose main goal was list growth and development, growing them from zero subscribers to more than two thousand in 90 days.

We’ve also worked with clients who had lists with hundreds of thousands of emails and worked to segment, optimize, and grow their lists in alignment with larger digital campaign objectives.

We work with Klaviyo, Hubspot and Mailchimp.

Our clients work with us to send anywhere from 1-12 emails per month. These include promotional emails, sales emails, and/or newsletters.

We also build workflows and setup lifecycle emails such as a welcome series, win-back emails, transactional emails, and triggered emails that are automated.
